What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom private label orders?
For existing open-mold titanium bento boxes and drinkware with custom laser branding and packaging, our MOQ starts at 200 to 500 pieces. For completely new custom-tooled designs, pilot orders start at 500 to 1,000 pieces.
Can pure titanium containers be put in the microwave or direct fire?
Single-wall titanium containers and camp pots can be placed directly over open campfires and gas stoves. However, all metals, including titanium, should not be heated in standard microwave ovens. For safe reheating, food can be warmed on stovetops or hot water baths.
How do you prove the titanium is genuine Grade 1 (TA1) without toxic heavy metals?
Every shipment is accompanied by a certified EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) showing optical emission spectrometry results. We also provide third-party SGS / Intertek FDA 21 CFR and German LFGB test reports verifying zero leached lead, cadmium, or nickel.
